Just wondering what everyone's experience is with Epic internet access.

We're wondering if we should bring our netbook, if there's good Wifi access?

Is it deathly slow, like some other ships?

Are there some times better than others?

 

Not sure we'll be able to get off the ship in some ports to look for internet cafes and thought this might be a good option but many MANY of the cruises we've done are so expensive and SO-O-O-O-O-O slow it's tremendously frustrating to use.

I used it all last week and the response time was reasonably good. Except when everyone was trying to change their flights after the delay in Cozumel.

 

Wi-fi is accessible throughout the ship.

Agreed. We enjoyed the presence of wi-fi in the cabin, and found that response was faster than what we've seen on other ships.

Looking to upload videos/photos from camera to laptop to free up space on flip etc (no work!!!!) but am interested in what the rate plans are for internet use on EPIP December cruise. Thanks!
