Family-Friendly Excursions

Can anyone recommend family-friendly excursions (private or ship-sponsored)? We will be on Carnival Dream in December. We are a family with pre-teen children and two grandparents, one of whom will be with a motorized wheelchair/scooter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

we are cave tubing & zip lining in Belize

This would not work with a wheelchair/scooter.

The only thing I could recommend is possibly a Mayan ruins tour, either Altun Ha or Xunantunich. but I'm not 100% sure you could do these with a wheelchair. I'd contact a tour operator to see.

The only other option might be one of the wildlife tours.

I wouldn't recommend any other the islands (due to sand not being good with a wheelchair) nor the zoo (due to dirt paths with roots, etc). I also would not recommend Lamanai.
