Miami Airport Hotel Suggestions

We are flying to San Juan for our January cruise and plan on spending the night near the airport in Miami. All we want is a 2-3 star hotel (safe) that offers shuttle service to/from the airport and will allow us to leave our car at the hotel for 10 days.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

We had a good family friend that stayed at the LeQuinta Airport East in Miami. They have a free airport shuttle and a free breakfast. He traveled with his children and said the hotel was clean and had a nice outdoor pool that his children enjoyed. There was a Bennigan's restaurant adjacent to the hotel but they ordered pizza. He said the front desk had several dinner delivery menus to choose from.

He did not park his car there but I read on the Carnival site that others have used this hotel for the park and cruise package with port shuttle.

So Bennigans is still open in Miami? They have shut them all down here in South Jersey. We ate their when we stayed at the LQ during our first cruise. The hotel was great, along with the continental breakfast, airport and port shuttles, and the food at Bennigans was pretty decent. I think it's Bennigans that have those good spring rolls with that Hawaiian dipping sauce. :p

I guess they didnt disappear from all of SJ afterall. There seems to be one located 30 minutes from me!!!! I'm going to have to make a stop down there for those spring rolls!!!:p
