You make a difference cards

Hmmm, two cruises this year - one on the Ruby one on the Ocean - and I nor anyone else in my group received an email survey. I was looking too as I like to fill them in.

 

In May they didn't hand out the old paper survey's & only sent the online surveys to select individuals. In Oct (same ship) we finally go to respond with an online survey.

The first few e-mail survey's we received only had 1 or 2 spots for crew comments.

Recent ones have several but still not enough room IMO.

 

I agree....Not enough room to really comment on crew.

We were on the Ruby 11/7-14 cruise. There were a few of the cards in our room and extras at the passenger services desk along with envelopes for gratuities.
