Booking on board upgrades

Just a quick question on how the 2 category upgrades work when you book onboard. Are there any restrictions? Could I theoretically pay for a CS and get the PH? Can I pay for a top category oceanview and get a balcony?

Upgrades are for the same category and no upgrades for suites.

Upgrades are for the same category (ie: inside to inside, 1C to 1A, C3 to C1, etc) and no upgrades for suites.

What she said :D. You can now get a three catagory upgrade (was previously two).
