Scuba Dive Operators in Tobago in February

Hi, there! I booked a passage aboard the Celebrity Summit out of San Juan, PR on February 5th. Unfortunately, I didn't see any Celebrity dive packages for Tobago.

 

This strikes me as foolish, but then I'm not a suit in Celebrity's upper management. I've heard nice things about Tobago's dive possibilities and I wonder if other cruisers could recommend competent dive operators based on their experiences.
