There definately is one in there and I believe there is one in every cabin... even an inside.

There was one in my cabin (inside room J or JJ) but it was filled with alcohol. I moved some beer around to put one item in there. Make sure you have everything out before the last night of cruise. They lock it. :D

If you plan on using it for yourself, you can have the steward remove all the cash bar stuff so that there is no issue about using the pay-for stuff when he/she does the end of cruise inventory. (and making room for your stuff)
