Dive Operators In Tobago

Recommended Posts

On our cruise coming up in six days Tobago is one of the ports of call. It is one of the few islands to which we have never been.

Does anyone have any recommendations about the dive operators there?

All input will be greatly appreciated. Everyone have a great day out there.

Well this is too late for you I'm afraid:( but I went with R and Sea last year-read my review on TA-highly recommend them and especially Leslie the die master who is awesome and held my hand through the dive (insane current).

I booked a dive with Undersea Tobago for my day on Tobago, since Celebrity didn't offer a scuba excursion. The accommodations were rather basic: gear rental, dive boat, a place you could change, and you had to wade out to the dive boat.

On the other hand, the dive shop WAS on the grounds of a pleasant resort hotel and I was able to eat a pleasant lunch after my dives and wade for a little bit before catching a cab back to the ship.

I should add that the dive master knew his business and I had a pleasant dive, even though the visibility was a little cloudy that day.
