January visit on Carnival Dream...What to do?

Im going to be visiting the first week of January 2011 with my girlfriend (both 23 years old) and want something fun and exciting to do. I will have done the beach thing at the two previous stops and was looking for some ideas for a fun excursion. It doesn't have to be with a cruise line. Zipline? Jet skis? Just something different.....any help would be awesome! Happy Sailings!

Just got home from 7 day Eastern Caribbean cruise and we did Atlantis Aqua Adventure ... the rapid lazy river was awesome, takes about 20 minutes to go around the entire lazy river which by the way has a wave pool and rapid white water all while seated in an inner tube ... I would definitely do it again.

We are doing an ATV trip in St. Marten - it still brings you eventually to a beach but sounds like a great way to get there - there are a number of different excursions on http://stmaartencruiseexcursions.com - we've used them on other islands and they seem okay.
