The saunas are in the changing rooms in the spa. There are steam rooms as well.

As yes, the lovely thermal suite.:D A pay for area of the spa with floor to ceiling windows, heated mosaic tile benches (great for napping), a sauna, steamroom, aromatherapy suite and tropical showers. This area is coed.
