Spa Appointments on Radiance ots

I noticed I can not schedule a spa appointment in advance on the royalcaribbean.com website for Radiance ots in March. And a friend can't do it on Adventure ots this month. We receive the following error, "Your selection is not available on this ship. Does anyone know why? I can schedule it on Allure ots for June however.

The ability to prebook spa appointments is only available on a few ships (Oasis & Allure, and possibly one or two others). You'll have to wait until you are onboard the ship.
