We are on an upcoming cruise on the Sapphire Princess and I would like to send an e-mail to the Maitre'd, Jacques Ghennai, prior to the cruise. Does anyone know what his e-mail address would be? Thanks.

Most Maitre D's have private email addresses for friends. You could send an email directly to the ship, sapphireprincess@princesscruises.com and put "Attention Jacques Ghennai, Maitre D'" in the subject line. He might get it that way.
