Port Everglades to Miami airport hotel trans.

I will be arriving at Port Everglades on a Sunday morning and would like to know if anyone knows of a decent company for the above mentioned transportation. I know I could take the ships transportation to the airport and then call for a courtesy shuttle. I would like to avoid the ships trans. since it always takes a while. I am not thrilled about taking a cab that far and spending $75.

Thanks for any help!!

Aloha,

Gunther

That is not a popular run for shuttle services :( - a cab will cost you closer to $100 instead of $75; Larry's Limos has been suggested for Miami service, but you are likely to pay about what a cab will cost.

You could use SAS (www.ridesas.com) who service downtown and Miami Beach hotels, but not the airport area; typical fare is about $15 per person. Then either stay downtown or at the beach, or cab to your MIA area hotel for about $25-30.

You could rent a car at FLL and drop it at MIA and then shuttle to your hotel - might save you some $$ but not hassel. Good luck! :)
