Check with Air Jamaica and see if they fly into Logan. We flew Delta, but know people who have flown from other places on Air Jamaica and they recommend it. I watched orbitz for weeks and it was close to $500 for when we wanted to go in August. When it dropped to almost $400, I booked it. It never went lower.
