Carnival Legend Price Drop for 3/3/2005 Sailing

Hi everyone,

 

For anyone who's booked on the Legend, the prices have appeared to drop in the past day or so back to where they were several months ago and before. So time for everyone to check and see if they can get a shipboard credit or not.

 

We turned ours down (would have been $40 total) since we had a cabin assigned on our guarantee that was in a great location (room 7211, verandah deck) and if you get the credit for the lower rate, they take your room away from you and put you back into the general guarantee pool.

 

Carnival also told our TA that persons who pay more for their room/guarantee than others will get the better upgrades. Know that's been mentioned before in other threads, but I don't remember anyone ever saying that Carnival had informed them directly of this.
