Passion Island with lunch not offered on Crown

A few years ago on Carnival at Cozumel we went to Passsion Island with a buffet lunch. We are going on the Crown Princess in March.

This is not offered as an excursion. Can I book it on my own?

Do anyone know why it is not offered?

Not sure when you are sailing, but we are on the Crown in March, and there will be 6 other ships in port that day. That may have something to do with it.

Some other cruise critic reader said she called Princess. They said it should have been offered. They booked her on the phone for the excursion!

I called today and they did not seem to know anything about it.

But on Princess website they do mention it. It just does not show up in the cruise personalizer. I am on the March 19th sailing.

I dont want to book privately. I googled that. You get a car and drive yourself to the boat pier. Or a jeep to drive. Or pay a cab $25 to drive you to the boat dock. It cost $65 for private car or jeep. Or $45 plus a $25 cab ride.
