I tried to sign up for the M&M and when I put the registration # my TA sent me, it wouldn't accept it. Am I doing something wrong? Could the # the TA gave me be different than RCI registration #? Just guessing!

Most likely it was an internal booking number that your TA is using.

If you are in a group, you may have gotten the group #, not your booking #.

Call your TA and ask for the "booking" number. It is different from the numbers on your invoice. My TA had to handwrite it on my invoice.

When I had this same problem, I simply called the toll free number from the Royal Caribbean website and they were able to give me the number. (The operator was patient, kind, and very helpful! This being our first RC cruise, it made an excellent first impression!) My advice is: Go ahead and call them.

We did the same thing since the number our TA gave us was their internal number.
