Question for PB Tom

We will be in Cozumel on March 23rd-off of the Fascination. One thing I am reading is that we may have to tender in to Cozumel- this ship seems to be on the every other week plan of having to do this. With this in mind- it may take us a while to get to the beach since we do not have a scheduled excursion through Carnival and will not be one of the 1st off the ship. I do not think we get to Cozumel till mid afternoon- and there will be 5 other ships here as well-I think. Sounds like it could be very crowded- does it get too crowded that you turn people away ever???? Trying to plan as much fun as I can as my in-laws are going on this and it will be there first cruise. I really want to check out Paradise beach but wondering about the crowds at this time. Thanks for any info.
