I'm an Auburn grad and I booked my cruise before the start of the college football season. Is there any chance that the game will be shown? I've never been that obnoxious fan at sea and would really like the opportunistic!

On the cruises I have been on the ESPN games have always been on. I was on a Carnival cruise for the South Carolina game this year and they didn't have that game because they had the west coast feed so we got some pac 10 game but I did bring my XM radio so we had a crowd of Auburn fans listening to the game out on the deck. It was a lot of fun. Have fun and WAR EAGLE.

ESPN shows games of national importance on board ships. I am sure that the National Championship game will be shown. :D

Experienced the same thing iover Thanksgiving with the AU / ALA game. They did not show it because it was on CBS and they do not get the satellite feed. ESPN is available and they will either have the game on the cabin TV system, in the casino bar, or will air it in the theatre (which they do for big games).

It is ESPN international, so not like th feed here in the states. I'm sure that the ship will show the national championship.

I am at Kentucky for law school. I now would never even think of planning something during March or the week of April lol

The ship's video techs will go out of their way to get any big sporting events. If it's not on it'll either be a satellite or a rights issue. Last year on VY they had the game.

we were on navigator last Jan during NFL playoffs and every game was aired in various areas, they even set up a big screen in the viking crown lounge...no worries - no other major events to compete with..the big game should be accessible---i hope so cause we are also gonna be sailing on navigator that exact day - jan. 10th--war eagle- sec baby!
