My DIL gave me some OBC for Christmas via the internet. It never showed up so I called Carnival. They did not show it at all and it never showed up on her Credit Card statement. She talked to Carnival and the lady went ahead and got it straighted out. I cannot find where it would show on my paperwork. Does anyone know where it should show up?

I just purchased some yesterday and the email stated that it would not show up (on the documents) until 2 weeks prior to sailing. Just in case I will be taking a copy of the email with me.

Thanks, I leave the 15th. This was originally ordered two weeks before Christmas. Good thing I checked and found out that it wasn't anywhere to be seen:D
