coachz70 Posted January 6, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 6, 2011 Purchased a guaranteed vh and received a vq. Can someone tell me if this is a genuine upgrade and/or how VQ 10014 on the Eurodam is??
Davidson Duo Posted January 6, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 6, 2011 There are a few key differences between the two categories. VH: Upper Promenade Deck (4) Deluxe Verandah Ocean-view 2 lower beds convertible to 1 queen-size bed, shower only, sitting area, private verandah (solid steel railing), floor-to-ceiling windows. Approximately 213–379 sq. ft. including verandah. VQ: Panorama Deck (10) Deluxe Spa Verandah Ocean-view 2 lower beds convertible to 1 queen-size bed, bathtub & shower, sitting area, private verandah, floor-to-ceiling windows. Approximately 213–379 sq. ft. including verandah. Also includes spa ammenities. Spa Amenities include: Yoga Mats iPod® docking stations Countertop water feature in-room Exclusive spa treatments from the nearby Greenhouse Spa and Salon Both categories are at the front of the ship, but the VQ cabins have a row of cabins across the front of the ship between them and the bow. I compared the two price wise, and it shows the price for a VH at $905 compared to a VQ at $1545. It definitely is an upgrade. Congratulations. Krazy Kruizers Posted January 6, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 6, 2011 Congratulations on the upgrade. You will enjoy having a plexiglass railing as compared to the steel railing.
