Any one done RCCI Caribbean Sail to Christmas & Honeymoon Coves - ST63

Hello, We are going to be in St Thomas in april and were wondering if any one has done the RCCI Carribbean sail to Christmas and Honeymoon Coves ST63? If you have, do you have to get off the boat at the first stop to snorkle or will they let you just sun yourself? DH has a heart problem and wont be able to snorkle, But he will like the 2nd part where he can relax on the beach and have the BBQ lunch. Thanks for any help you can give.
