Is the Concierge service available to Platinum C & A members?

Only if you're booked in a Grand Suite or higher.

If you're not in a Grand Suite or higher, you'll have to wait until you're Diamond.

And what does this concierge do? Just wondering...I am sure I will never have occasion to use him, unfortunately.

The concierge will make reservations for you at the spa, the extra cost restaurants, excursions and have anytime tickets for the ice show on voyager class ships.

They also have a continental breakfast set out in the morning, have a coffee machine with free espresso and cappuccino, hot water & tea bags.

There's also free beer and soda set out in the afternoon on some of the ships.

Starting at 1700 til 2030 there are free drinks (alcohol, just not the best top shelf) along with hot and cold snacks.

Some go ashore and bring back daily newspapers on port days.

They have games and some have movies available for suite pax whose tvs have vcr/cd players.

It is an excellent perk for diamond members and suite pax.
