Menus on the summit

We are going to Bermuda on the Summit in May and would like to reserve some evenings in the specialty dining rooms. Is there any way to view the main dining room menus so we can choose which dinners are least appealing so we can book the specialty dinners on those nights. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
