Dream Spa Balconies

I am considering upgrading to a spa cabin on the dream, but all that is left are on the spa deck. I heard that the balconies were not private? Has anyone been on the dream? Can people on the Sundeck look down on the spa deck balconies?

 

If you had one of these balconies, was it a problem with people looking down?
