How often do they offer Spinning or indoor cycling classes on the Sun? Are they usually early in the morning? Do the pedals have toe clips?

I don't know if the pedals have toe clips but they do offer them and I believe they were in the morning each day.

I meant clips for cleats! But, they do offer the classes each day so that is good!

I am also in VT!
