Carnival contact address or e-mail

I am in the process of writing a follow up letter for an incident that happened on the Spirit and was wondering if anyone here has a good contact address or e-mail for Carnival. No I don't want John Healds help:D Just looking for someone that has written and has actually received a reply.

 

Also we have been off the ship since Dec. 19th and have yet to receive a comment card thru our e-mail. Has anyone else had this problem?
