theragirl Posted January 22, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2011 just looking for some advice on what I should do. Before my sister had to cancel we both booked rooms at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina for two nights after the cruise. We can't get refunds because they were booked with expedia. She phoned expedia today and transfered her rooms to me(because they were nicer rooms) So that leaves me with two rooms that are going to go to waste:( Does anyone know if I am able to sell these rooms( ie transfer them to someone else for a reduced price) They were expensive so I would like to try and recoup some of that money. Any advice would be greatly appreciated:)

I would suggest going into the roll calls for all of the cruises departing that weekend and offer that room at a discounted rate...At least you'd get some of your money back. How long ago was it reserved and was it definitely one of the non-refundable rooms that you booked?
