Active caribbean tour advice

We're looking at a couple of the more active trips whilst we're on our cruise and were hoping for some opinions about:

 

1- The ATV beach adventure in St Lucia

 

2- The canopy adventure in Antigua

 

I'm trying to convince my other half that the cruise won't be too restful ;)
