Bamboo river rafting

Will be visiting Jamaica for the first time in early May, docking at the new port, Falmouth. Have started looking at independent excursions, and the bamboo river rafting has really caught my eye. I would love any recommendations, experiences, etc. from those who have done this. Best company to book through for this particular experience?
