Which nights are formal on Emerald and other ???

We're sailing on Emerald soon and would like to know which of the nights are the formal nights. Are they the nights that we have sea days? I'm trying to plan when to do the specialty restaurants and see about getting the Chef's table. I'd rather not do them on the formal nights. Other cruises have had the formal nights on sea days so people could spend the day getting their hair, nails etc. done.

Also, we're wondering if we buy a bottle of wine at Vines before dinner, can we take it into the MDR without being charged a corkage fee?And are we charged a corkage fee for every bottle we bring in for dinner or just the first one? Sometimes we've found it was up to our head waiter to just look the other way! (most likely increases his/her chances of an extra tip).

One last thing. We're Dolphin deck in a mini-suite. Do we get little individual shampoos, soaps, conditioners etc.? Our last cruise on RCL had pump containers in the showers. Not a big fan. Like the little containers as fun keepsakes for houseguests when we get home!

Thanks for any help. Can't wait until .....
