Just wondering when or if any upsells will occur.. Been reading others who have gotten the phone call.. I would love a blacony instead of my inside room if we could get a great deal on it!

Usually not until about 2 weeks before your cruise. Could be as late as the day before. If the rate for OV or balconies has dropped to less than or equal to what you have paid you can call your TA (or NCL if you didn't use a TA) to see if you can be upgraded. No guarantees but sometimes it works.
