sun observation lounge

I see on the deck plan that their is an open deck area in front of the observation lounge. Can anyone tell me if it is possible for passengers to go out there? Are their lounge chairs to sit on out there?

You can go outside. No chairs that I recall.

It is a walkway out in front of the Observation Lounge. We loved it in Alaska.

There's a door that exits out onto it from the observation lounge. However, I believe it is intended to be a stand, lean against the railing type area. It is not as wide as a deck area might be intended to be for lounging or chairs.

I thought it was rather underutilized. Probably big enough for chairs but nothing there. And it was closed some nights when weather/winds were rough. Wonderful to watch the sunrise from though! Not too many people found it on our cruise too so it was normally pretty deserted.
