Calling card (call to US): San Juan / St Thomas / St Martin

We will cruising to these 3 ports in late April. Can I buy a calling card in San Juan and be able to use the same card in St Thomas & St Martin? Or can I buy a card in St Thomas and also be able to use at St Martin? I believe calling card will be cheaper than using my cell phone?

In St Thomas, our Sprint PCS phone worked fine with no roaming charges. It was just like a normal "local" or "nationwide" call - like calling our nextdoor neighbor. No extra charges. So definitely check your plan!:)
