Best sail away spot for our large group on LOS

We are a group of about 40 people. Any suggestions for a good spot to meet for sail away on Liberty of the Seas where we can all fit? Also, any suggestions on bars that tend to be less crowded where we can meet for pre-dinner drinks? Thanks!

I think Sail-Away needs to be done on deck. You could meet at the Pool Bar, or even better ..... the Sky Bar (One deck above the Pool Bar). Grab your first Drink-of-the-Day and you are set! :)

 

Pre-Dinner meeting spot for 40 is not going to be real easy. The Schooner Bar, or Champagne Bar are both popular meeting places and are not that big. Some thing like the Viking Crown Lounge would work, but you would be a LONG way from the Main Dining Room!

oops. forgot to mention--half of that 40 is kids. They won't be meeting us for drinks:)
