OBC question

Recommended Posts

Finally got our OBC for the airfare change fees from our rebooked Splendor cruise :). I understand that any of this that we don't spend on ship will be refunded to us. Is this correct? Does anyone know how they refund it? I'm assuming on my credit card.

Thanks so much!

I dont know that its refundable or not .. but when you have the printout of it on your ship, some OBC says nonrefundable and some says refundable. As long as its listed as refundable, you can get it in cash or they will give you a check under your door.

I just took $135 in cash on the cruise I just got off of.

for instance OBC from a FCC or from stock will be listed as nonrefundable. .. so you have to use it.

Price drop OBC was listed as refundable.
