Tipping in Kid's Club on NCL

I was curious about how the tipping for the Kid's Club counselors works on NCL. I know they aren't included as part of the service charge, so should be tipped separately. But do you tip each counselor individually or do you give one larger tip to be split among the different counselors? I would hate to miss someone just because we didn't realize they had been one of the counselors that worked with our kids.

 

Thoughts, anyone?

We gave money to one of the counselor's on the last evening who said thank you and explained it would be split between the counselors. It doesn't appear you can give to one particular counselor.

It's not part of the "suggested" tips...these folks are well-paid and trained....tip whatever you feel is right...if you feel it's warranted. It's not a "must".

was take one of the envelopes they had at the kids club sign in table and put "2-5 yo kids club staff" on it with our tip inside. I handed it to one of the staff the last time DS1 went to kids club. I presume they have a system of dividing up the tips, but I could be wrong.

The other thing that's important to do is fill out one of the STYLE cards for particular staff members. From what I understand it is a very important part of their evaluation.
