PIE to Tampa cruise Port?

We will arrive at 10pm on 2/25/11 and need to go from PIE (Clearwater) airport to a hotel (Mainsail) near the port, downtown. What is the best mode of transportation and an appoximate cost? The hotel offers airport pick-up but only from the Tampa airport not Clearwater. I'm not sure if there is some type of shuttle, bus or the like or if our only option will be a cab? I also would like to budget for the cost of the transportation if possible.

I think the shutle is your best bet. Its called super shutle not sure of the cost but I think it would be the cheapest way to go.
