Free Internet location in Belize?

Does anyone know if there is a location in Belize to get free internet? When we went to the Bahamas there was one right off the ship, so I was hoping to download my e-mail in Belize and save some of my onboard minutes.

I don't know about free interent/wifi but Clip N Sip in the Tourism Village where the tenders dock used to have pretty reasonable rates. The Great House Hotel on Cork Street, right out of the TV two blocks, has internet service and there was a small internet cafe across the street from the Water taxi pier,(left out to the TV) before you get to the swing bridge. But you have to wade through the vendors outside the TV.

There is an Italian restaurant in downtown (can't remember the name sorry) that had wireless internet and we were told that there are some guys putting an antenna near the port for the people staying at the pier's restaurants?? Is it on yet?
