Does anyone know... Do they process your credit card on the day you are making reservations online for the specialty restaurants and excursions or during the week of your cruise? :confused:

And the answer is.... they process the card at the time of booking. :rolleyes:

The Chef's table is an exception. You can reserve in advance but they charge the $75/pp when on board. The sushi restaurant charges $10 in advance with but you pay by item depending what you order.

Any restaurant reservations or shore excursions purchased on-line are charged immediately.
