Outside dining on Constellation?

Does Constellation have an outside dining area behind the buffet restaurant, like the oceanview bar area on the Solstice class ships? I can't tell from the deck plans.

Found these photos, taken of Summit (Millennium class ship... layout will be identical to Constellation). Look for the umbrellas. :D
