Yes, there is the Casa Don Q that is west of the dock on the water front. I have never had them limit the samples...I usually try 2-3 drinks there (now that they are smaller). They are closed on Thursdays this time of year.

Then right next door is the PR Tourism Company that has a sampling bar. It is only open from like 1-5pm Sat-Wed. But they will make a few drinks. Just ask.

And if you tip your bartenders, they are more than willing to keep the samples coming.
