Does anyone know a place in Honolulu to get Siamen Soup? My husband has raved about it for 40 yrs. and now that we are finally going back to Hawaii, that is top on his list!! ( Not sure if I spelled it correctly  )

Its a noodle soup with a clear broth, sort of like Ramen Noodles.

Little Village Noodle House

This is more in the Chinatown area:

1113 Smith St

Honolulu, HI 96817-5140

Hong Kong Noodle House

100 N Beretania St Ste 172, Honolulu

And our all time favorite-

Right in the middle of Waikiki one block from the ocean on Kalakaua Ave:

Ezogiku

2146 Kalakaua Ave

Honolulu, HI

You mostly eat at the counter, but there are 6 or 8 tables.

Last time we went, they had lost their liquor license, so we went next door to the ABC and brought some Kirn beers and wine back. That was last February.

Google them- there are multiple locations.

Enjoy!

On all the other islands, just ask anyone to point you in the direction of thier favorite saimin stop.

And, all the McDonalds in Hawaii serve saimin! Maybe not the best.....but a nice option when you don't want a burger.
