Vendors on PV pier for whale watching excursions?

We are looking at maybe taking a 2-3 hour whale watching tour in PV. The ship excursions and local tour operators I've seen mentioned here on CC all seem to be around 6 hour whale watching plus snorkeling and/or going to a beach type excursions. Are there local vendors near the ship dock that are available for just whale watching excursions? Other tours?

We are doing this one on our Splendor cruise next week. It's 4 hours.
