Andrea0908 Posted February 16, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Every private tour operator is booked for our day in Barbados. Sinbad was recommended to us by Gina at Calabaza. It looks more like a sailboat than a catamaran, but that's fine. We would just like to be able to swim with the turtles. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with Sinbad Sailing Cruises before we book with them? Thanks.

grupp Posted February 17, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2011 We ran into the same issue for our upcoming cruise and recevied the same recomendation from Calabaza. We went ahead and book with Sin-Bad (Brian) and are looking forward to the tour. There is not a lot of information on them available on the internet, but everything that is out there is very positive. Appears most of his business may have been from the locals rather than the cruise ships. He has been very responsive to our emails and questions. We will be there the end of March and I will post my impressions once we return. Gary
grupp Posted March 28, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 28, 2011 Just returned from our Adventure of the Seas cruise. We had a great day with Sin-Bad and would definately recommend him for a small group of 12 or less. (had 11 in our group). Very relaxing day with a couple of snorkling stops and very good food and rum punch. It is basically your boat for the day and will let you set the schedule. Will try to post some pictures when I have more time. Gary
