DareM Posted February 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Yes please, I'm interested too as we're cruising from Port Canaveral in May and can't find any information.
DareM Posted February 16, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2011 I've been checking mears website http://www.mearstransportation.com/services/cruise-transportation.htm But it doesn't really say how much it costs or if you have to book through RC. The thing is we want to spend some days pre-cruise in Orlando and also some post-cruise days too. So what we need is: Transport MCO airport-hotel Hotel-Port Canaveral Port Canaveral-Hotel Hotel-MCO And all contact nº are for USA, not from Europe nor Spain. jenrie Posted February 16, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 16, 2011 We always use Cocoa Beach Shuttle and have been very happy with them, we have them booked again for October. Mention Cruise Critic and you will get a discount.
imluvncruzn Posted February 18, 2011 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2011 Try sunshinestatetransportation dot com. We used them last month and they were fantastic. The real plus is that it is a "private" shuttle. Many of the shuttle places recommended on these boards are "shared" which means you may end up waiting for other passengers at the airport or making multiple stops to pick up other passengers. The company we used was on time, very professional, and great communication both pre and post-cruise.
snelsonbrown Posted February 18, 2011 #7 Share Posted February 18, 2011 can anyone recommend a shuttle service for the orlando airport to port canaveral? If you will click just above my signature, you will find the most recommended shuttles service PLUS anything you would like to do, go, stay and see. Also remember just because someone offers a discount, don't take it for granted as far as service goes ok? You can also do a search and you will find the answers to your questions as to whom offers the best service and who to be careful of. Good luck and enjoy!!!!!!!!! marbo40 Posted March 4, 2011 #11 Share Posted March 4, 2011 we used michael at executive vip and are so pleased we did. he was right on time when he picked us up at the airport and took us to the dolphin hotel for several nights. then yesterday he picked us up again right on time and transported us to the radisson at the port where we are now. tomorrow we depart on the carnival dream and michael will be at the port to pick us up and transport us to the airport when our cruise ends. hes very friendly and very dependable and we are so glad we found out about him on cruise critic. JohninDC Posted March 4, 2011 #12 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Typical cost for a shared shuttle between MCO and PC is around $20 per person each way. Here are some other providers who have previously been suggested on these boards: www.cbshuttle.com Cruisexpressfla Star Trans Cocoa Beach shuttle TraveLynx ( www.travelynx.com )
