Tampa Stay & Cruise Packages

From searching online, I learned of a Stay and Cruise Package available at two hotels, where you pay to stay at a hotel (only Holiday Inn Express or Wingate Inn) and then if you book through Island Limousines you can stay parked at the hotel for free. We were going to do this, because we are getting married and I figured a limousine to the port would be nice. From the website it says the cost of a stretch limousine is $70.00 each way. When I contacted an individual at Island Limousines he quoted me $100.00 (plus gratuity) each way. I told him this was contradictory to what was on the website, but he didn't change it. Does anyone know how much it costs to park at the port in Tampa? Has anyone used this program? I'm figuring we might as well just park at the port now if its going to cost over $300.00 (for the hotel and the limo). Any suggestions?
