Does anybody know the exact date that the program switched from segments to sail days? Ie...if your cruise ended on Jan __ you still qualified for segment treatment.

I didn't even know they had done that until I went on-line to see if everything was correct. I'm sure it wasn't too long ago but maybe you can call them directly to find out that answer (unless of course someone knows for sure on here).

The credits were converted on Jan. 21. I'm not sure how they handled cruises on or during that date.
