I think I found the answer. Somebody mentioned PCP = prof. cruise planner in another thread, so PCC is likely prof. cruise consultant aka travel agent.

I've been wondering this too. People use it like it's their Travel Agent. I Googled and only found Pacific Cruise Conference to have anything to do with cruising...but that doesn't make sense. ???

A PCC (Personal Cruise Consultant) is like a TA except they work directly for NCL.
