Possibly dumb question about Royal Palms

I'm trying to plan our day in GC and I think I have it narrowed down to Sea Grape or Royal Palms. Here's the potentially dumb question. People have said that to use the pool you have to order lunch. I'm fine with that but our ship gets in at 7:00 a.m. and we would be going there fairly soon after arriving. I'm guessing we'd stay there for 3-4 hours so we'd probably be leaving by lunchtime. One of the big selling points for RP is the pool for DD. Will they be serving any food that early so that we can order something to use the pool?

I don't think they open before 9. And I don't know how old your daughter is but the pool is restricted to 18 and up. Their website has an email address if you want to ask them:

Thanks for the info. The pool was the main selling point for Royal Palms so I guess we'll be going to Sea Grape.
